TRAVEL ACCOMMODATIONS & MINISTRY RESOURCES
Requirements for securing Speaker:
Airline Accommodation: Non-Restricted/Non-Stop Business Class or Economy Comfort (We kindly request that airline accommodations be booked by Dr. Toni Alvarado’s Office)
Personal Vehicle (for engagements outside of the Greater Atlanta Metropolitan area): Reimbursement of round-trip mileage reimbursement (and any associated tolls) is requested at the current U.S. standard mileage rate
Hotel Accommodation: Standard Non-Smoking King Room or Suite at a hotel with room service
Ground Transportation: Car service (in a non-smoking vehicle) is requested to and from the airport, hotel, and the location of the event.
Meals: If this event requires an overnight stay, we kindly request that Dr. Toni Alvarado be provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner or have access to hotel room service (as applicable)
Ministry Resources: Dr. Toni Alvarado requests to bring ministry resources for sale and will need the assistance of two volunteers to facilitate the sale of ministry resources
